Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Fort Pierce, FL

 

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Parts Counter and Vehicle Intake Associate for a busy and growing motorcycle repair and sales shop. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of motorcycles or mechanical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver top-notch customer service while handling vehicle intakes and parts coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the parts counter and service desk
• Invoice customers accurately and process payments
• Answer phone calls and assist with parts inquiries or service updates
• Intake motorcycles for repair using standardized intake forms; inspect for damage, scratches, and existing issues
• Help customers find the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their motorcycles
• Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain organized inventory and work area

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required
• Basic knowledge of motorcycles or automotive parts preferred
• Mechanical understanding helpful (e.g., knows what a carburetor is, but not required to be a mechanic)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
• Motorcycle endorsement/license a plus but not required
