Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Vendor Outreach Specialist to join team. This is a full-time, office-based position with the potential to transition to a hybrid work-from-home setup after 90 days, based on performance and workspace readiness.

About the Role

As a Client Vendor Outreach Specialist, you will conduct outbound warm calls to vendors affiliated with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to inform vendors of changes to program terms and present updated options available to them. These vendors already have established relationships with our clients and are receptive to these communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to vendors to communicate program updates and options.
• Maintain professionalism and clarity in all communications.
• Log call notes accurately and efficiently using copy/paste and CRM tools.
• Multitask between calls and administrative tasks.
• Adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
• Meet daily performance goals and uphold high standards of accountability.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
• Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and navigate basic computer functions.
• Must pass a basic computer and phone skills test.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality required.
• Prior experience in B2B outreach, call center, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting terminology is a plus.
• Must reside in the Tampa Bay area and have reliable transportation to the office.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $17/hour with potential increase after 90 days.
• Monthly Performance Bonus
• Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (no weekends)
• Potential for Hybrid Work: After 90 days, based on performance and workspace requirements.
