• Benefits administration and open enrollment support
• Employee file maintenance and compliance (federal/state regulations)
• Payroll processing assistance (ADP Workforce Now)
• Employee relations, policy questions, leave administration
• Safety and workers’ compensation support
• Employee events and recognition programs
• General HR projects and administrative tasks
