SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

background in structural, civil, geotechnical, or hydrotechnical engineering

manages dam safety programs, conducts assessments, and performs analyses to ensure the safety and stability of dams

conducting risk assessments, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and using specialized software for modeling and analysis.

software including HEC-RAS, GeoStudio, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS

A minimum of 5 years of related experience

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support dam operations and safety programs.

Manage and execute dam safety evaluations, inspections, and engineering analyses.

Lead projects, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee budgets and schedules.

Develop technical reports and project proposals for clients.

Assist in emergency situations, such as during anticipated storm events or potential dam failures. 

CERTIFICATIONS

Professional Engineer, P.Eng.

Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, Geotechnical, Geological, Engineering.
