Salary: $20/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to join our fast-paced courier operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across designated routes
• Monitor real-time delivery progress and resolve delays or issues as they arise
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of delivery times, routes, and customer interactions
• Use dispatch software and GPS systems to optimize routes and reduce delivery times
• Provide updates to Provide updates to customers regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulation

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, courier services, or transportation coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed

Pay: $20/hr

Hours 3pm - 11pm, Wednesday - Sunday
