AP/AR Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities will include accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly bank reconciliations, payroll taxes, maintenance of summary record of cash transactions and balances, collections, billing, etc. for multiple companies. 

REQUIREMENTS:

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of three years of accounting experience in a manufacturing facility. Candidates must be initiative-driven and have excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Manufacturing software including AS/400, BOM, and Shop Floor Reporting is a plus. A Degree in accounting preferred, but not required.  QuickBooks experience is preferred. 

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

PAY RATE:

$15-19/hour
