?? Core Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rental equipment such as:
• Vacuum trucks, water pumps, pressure washers, generators
• Air monitoring or sampling equipment
• Heavy machinery (e.g., skid steers, excavators, trailers)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
2. Inspections & Testing
• Inspect rental units before and after use to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform functional tests and calibrations (especially on monitoring instruments).
3. Recordkeeping
• Log maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
• Maintain compliance documentation for environmental and safety standards.
4. Field Support
• Occasionally assist in field operations — setting up or servicing equipment at job sites.
• Provide technical support to customers on proper equipment use.
5. Environmental Compliance
• Handle fluids, filters, and parts in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Properly dispose of hazardous waste and used materials.

?? Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of diesel/gas engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Experience with environmental or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT safety standards.
• Ability to read service manuals and schematics.
