WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Must be a “California State Certified Electrician.”
  • Must have a minimum of six (6) years in the industrial electrical trade.
  • Knowledge of the practical application of industrial electrical construction.
  • Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal).  Professional appearance.
  • Clean DMV record.

PRODUCTION

  • This is a working Foreman Position (HANDS-ON).
  • On-time (arriving on-site before your employees).                                  
  • Ensure that jobs are completed on budget.
  • Ensure that jobs are completed on time.
  • Ensure that direct reports are on task.
  • Hire/fire employees at the direction of the supervisor.
  • Coordinate ordering and delivery of Jobsite materials.
  • Work with and around other trades.
