Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence and content strategy
• Coordinate email marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align messaging and goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on ROI and KPIs
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
• Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and marketing innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• [2–3+] years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
