Die Correction Supervisor

Salary: $70-85,000

We are looking for a 1st shift Manufacturing Die Correction Supervisor. This is a long-term position with health benefits, vacation, and 401k offered. 

 

Requirements: Must have 3-5 years' experience as a die corrector.  

 

This position will be responsible for overall operation of the extrusion die shop.Will be supervising up to 4 people. 

 

Duties include: 

• Maintains all die records
• Assists as necessary in polishing dies & preparing set-up
• Specifies tooling specifications & orders all tooling required
• Ensures all tooling is maintained properly
• Ensures all extruded material is dimensionally correct
• Evaluates propsed new shapes & advises management of extrudability
• assist press leads in production  
• Samples new prototype dies
• Quality Control
• And perform other duties as needed.
