Express Employment Professionals is hiring a personable Sales Representative to manage and qualify inbound event inquiries for a premier wedding and event venue. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, communicative, and enjoys connecting with couples and event planners.
Respond quickly to new inquiries from WeddingPro, The Knot, and other online platforms
Communicate with prospects via email, text, or phone to share venue details and gather event information
Qualify leads based on event type, date, and guest count, then forward to the Owner via HoneyBook
Schedule venue tours or consultations when appropriate
Keep accurate inquiry logs and support booking goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service or sales experience (wedding/hospitality experience a plus)
Organized, responsive, and able to multitask
Professional, friendly, and self-motivated
Weekend or evening availability for timely responses
