Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and tax preparation, with expertise in individual and corporate tax accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns and provide tax planning advice.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP principles.
Conduct reviews and compilations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee general ledger accounting and perform account reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
Mentor junior staff members in accounting practices and software usage.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
Perform balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries as necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required).
CPA certification (Required)
3–5 years of public accounting experience (more experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software applications.
Strong understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with wills, trusts & estate law is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills.
