Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Schedule: 5 Days On / 2 Days Off

 

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a steady career in manufacturing and food processing? Our client in Woodburn, Oregon is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery and equipment.

 

This is a hands-on position with responsibilities in preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, and troubleshooting PLCs and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance: lubrication, adjustments, and cleaning.

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, control systems, robotics, and electrical components.

• Reduce downtime through scheduled maintenance and diagnostics.

• Complete major equipment repairs, installations, and upgrades.

• Interpret schematics and diagrams for maintenance and repair.

• Train and support employees on equipment safety and operation.

• Manage parts inventory and ensure compliance with food safety policies (SQF).

• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; technical training or degree preferred.

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or food processing.

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and electrical systems.

• Leadership ability to train and support team members.

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Flexible schedule – must be able to work weekends and rotating shifts.

• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to grow.
