Schedule: Full-Time 1st shift M-F 7am to 330pm
Compensation: $15

 About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Metal Fabrication & General Labor Associate. This is a hands-on role focused on metal cutting, machine operation, and general shop support.  Key Responsibilities:
•     Operate band saws, punch presses, grinders, palletizers, and other metal forming machines
•     Accurately cut and fabricate metal fixtures according to specifications
•     Perform finishing work and quality inspections to ensure high standards
•     Assemble fixtures from components and prepare finished goods for shipping
•     Assist with general labor tasks: removing excess metal, cleaning/organizing the shop, loading/unloading trucks
•     Use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and pallet jacks safely and effectively

 Qualifications:

•    Must be able to pass a drug screen (including THC and background check)
• Prior experience in metal cutting and/or fabrication (not a welding position)
• Proficient in using a band saw and other metal forming equipment
• Able to read and interpret a tape measure accurately
•  General mechanical aptitude and assembly skills
•  Extremely reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing, walking, bending, or crouching for 8-hour shifts
