Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Employment Coordinator / Recruiter to join our internal team assisting to staff manufacturing companies across the Buffalo region.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Payrate: $24–$25/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

As an Employment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between local businesses and job seekers. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to filling job orders and maintaining client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide support to both clients and candidates
• Source and recruit candidates via phone, email, job boards, and internal databases
• Complete phone and in-person interviews with candidates
• Fill job orders with urgency and attention to detail
• Partner with local businesses to understand and fulfill staffing needs
• Complete onboarding and other requirements set by the clients for their hiring process
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Assist with administrative tasks and office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, or staffing preferred
• Experience in a staffing agency environment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• High school diploma or GED required
