Service Technician 3

Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $22.00/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $22.00/HR

Duties:

• Complete maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial water treatment equipment

• Deliver salt to residential and commercial customers

• Record unit data and test water conditions during every service call

• Maintain customer relationships by providing professional answers and solutions during service calls and deliveries

• Prepare written and verbal reports of service calls demonstrating full understanding of water systems

• Communicate with management, sales, and customer service teams to resolve customer complaints

• Travel within the service area using company vehicle

• Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure readiness for daily operations

• Provide service assistance to customers via telephone contact

• Upload service call photos into CRM system

• Receive salt deliveries and unload into warehouse using forklift

• Utilize CRM scheduling and MAS sales order entry systems

• Remove rental equipment when required

• Perform basic shop duties such as cleaning and building maintenance

• Assist other departments as needed to support company operations

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred

• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day

• HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical experience preferred

• Proficiency with computers and software, especially Microsoft Office

• Strong customer service skills with proven experience in client-facing roles

• Demonstrated experience with control systems and technical troubleshooting
