Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Industrial Painter / Painter-Loader for a steel fabrication shop in Shawnee, OK. This is a full-time opportunity with overtime available for someone who has spray painting experience and enjoys hands-on industrial work.

Pay & Schedule

• $14.00/hr

• Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Overtime available

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare steel parts for painting, including cleaning and surface preparation

• Apply industrial coatings and spray paint to fabricated steel components

• Load and unload steel materials safely using proper procedures and equipment

• Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and accuracy

• Assist with general shop duties as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety rules and production standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial painting or steel fabrication preferred

• Spray painting experience strongly preferred

• Ability to pass a basic math test

• Crane operating experience is a plus

• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
