Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee a team in our client’s Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will ensure daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This role includes supervising shipping, receiving, and loading activities, mentoring team members, and assisting management with hiring, training, and performance initiatives.

Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: Based on experience (DOE)
Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.

• Communicate company goals, safety practices, and performance expectations.

• Mentor and support team members with training and troubleshooting.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of new employees.

• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.

• Provide quality support to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.

• 1+ year of supervisory experience.

• Forklift/Order Picker license required.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience operating Order Picker or Swing Reach equipment.

• Background in high-volume, automated warehouse environments.
