What You’ll Do

• Drive new client acquisition through calls, social engagement, and in-person meetings.
• Build a strong digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Create and share engaging content to showcase Express solutions and success stories.
• Monitor hiring signals and convert leads into qualified appointments.
• Collaborate with our team to amplify marketing campaigns and strengthen brand visibility.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

What Success Looks Like

• 7–10 discovery appointments per week.
• 100+ decision-maker connections weekly.
• Consistent social engagement and content creation.
• Growing our reputation through client reviews and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
• Experience in direct sales or social selling (B2B or B2C preferred).
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in social platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset for content creation (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
