Their hardware delivers faster response, longer lifetimes, and dramatically lower power consumption than anything else on the market. They’re growing fast and need skilled machinists who take pride in accuracy and craftsmanship.
The role
As a CNC Operator, you’ll set up, program, and run a 3-axis CNC machine to produce small, high-precision aluminum parts for prototype and production assemblies. You’ll work closely with engineers to meet tight tolerances, maintain quality, and keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

-
Program and adjust machining parameters using CAM software.
-
Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools.
-
Carry out regular machine maintenance and shop upkeep.
-
Collaborate with engineers to fine-tune designs for manufacturability.
-
Take initiative on process improvements and ensure every part meets spec.
Who will thrive here
-
You have 2+ years of CNC operating experience and a passion for precision work.

You’ve completed coursework or training in CNC Programming (an asset).
-
You communicate clearly, take ownership, and bring a “let’s figure it out” attitude.
What’s in it for you
-
Competitive hourly rate: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
-
Full-time hours with consistent daytime shifts.
-
Work directly with cutting-edge engineers on breakthrough technology.
