Medical device distributer near downtown Fort Worth is adding a contact Customer Success Representative to their team!!  The role is expected to last 2 to 3 months.

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Understanding of order processing,  ERP and EDI systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Excellent data entry and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel

 

Contract for 2-3 months
