Key Responsibilities:

• Place recycled rubber materials onto a conveyor system for processing and repurposing.
• Stack molded rubber blocks onto pallets for shipment.
• Lift and move materials weighing 30–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all production and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required.
