We’re looking for a Customer Service / Inventory Specialist to join a locally owned packaging company in Brevard. This role is perfect for someone who’s computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and track roughly 500 inventory items, focusing on about 50 core products

• Work within an ERP system to monitor orders, stock levels, and production progress

• Partner with customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Coordinate with internal teams to follow items through the manufacturing process

• Handle basic math and data entry tasks accurately

• Maintain strong communication with customers and coworkers

Things to Keep in Mind:

• This is a hands-on, onsite role — not remote

• Must be comfortable learning and using new computer systems

• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred (but not required)

• Expect a 2–3 month learning curve to become proficient with product knowledge
