 Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Warehouse operations—receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Create and send purchase orders for stock replenishment, vendor dropships, and just-in-time (JIT) orders to support customer demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability in Odoo or similar ERP.
• Operate laser-marking equipment, and manage labeling, bagging, and packaging quality. 
• Communicate with vendors for production updates, lead-time changes, and obtain quotations on products; update ERP data accordingly. 
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards

Qualifications

•  3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or production management experience.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP (or NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment.
