Job Description
A local facility providing lodging and support for patients and their families is seeking a dedicated Executive Director. This hands-on leadership role combines day-to-day operations, guest relations, administrative management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes and coordinate with hospital staff.

• Maintain records, schedules, and communications with donors, volunteers, and staff.

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and general facility upkeep.

• Assist with fundraising events and donor relations.

• Recruit, train, and guide volunteers to support operations.

• Represent the organization in the community and strengthen partnerships with local groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, healthcare, or a related field.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services.

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

• Must be able to work on-site and engage with the local community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or patient lodging.

• Understanding of the needs of cancer patients and their families.

Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience (around $50,000 annually).
