Location - Northbrook
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Join a fast-paced, upbeat insurance claims team as the first voice our customers hear! We’re seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, texts, and emails—gathering claim info before passing it to our adjusters. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love helping people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Need:
Strong communication & multitasking skills
30+ WPM typing & basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Call Center experience preferred
