Recruitment Supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Must be flexible for Overtime & Weekends) 

Salary: $65K + Depending on Experience 

Operations:  24 / 7 operations

Education & Experience Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field  (Must have)

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment roles

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role

• Ability to manage teams, recruitment operations, and HR systems

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Essential Functions

• Accurate handling of employee records and HR data

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

• Frequent typing and document handling

• Comply with OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols

• Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team to meet performance and organizational goals

• Track and analyze recruitment data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
