We’re hiring a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Associate to join a vibrant team in a fun, fast-paced, and upscale retail environment known for premium coastal styles and top-notch service.
If you love beach vibes, fashion, and helping customers find the perfect island look, this is the opportunity for you!
Schedule: Flexible hours between 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Sunday (no late-night retail hours!)
Pay: $16/hr, plus seasonal bonuses
Drive Time: 1–2 hours of paid drive time, depending on work location
Tolls: Fully reimbursed
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

On-the-job training (retail experience preferred, but not required)
Provide exceptional customer service to an upscale clientele
Support daily store operations including sales, merchandising, restocking, and inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Accurately handle transactions and operate the POS system
Represent the boutique’s premium brand with professionalism and style
A nonsmoker with a reliable and punctual work ethic
Friendly, engaging personality with great communication skills
Retail experience a plus — but we’ll train the right candidate!
Flexibility to work weekends and different island locations as needed
