We’re looking for a motivated Entry Level Powder Coat Technician to join our team! No experience is necessary—we’ll train you to succeed.
How to prep and mask components for powder coating
Powder spray and bake processes
Blueprint reading and interpretation
In-depth inspection techniques for coated components
Troubleshooting and resolving quality issues
Accurate documentation practices
Routine machine maintenance
Prioritizing and organizing daily tasks
Applying Continuous Improvement principles
Mechanical aptitude & strong work ethic
Basic shop math (including decimals)
NCRC certification is a plus (not required)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
