Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery used in construction, mining, roadwork, and other industrial projects. Equipment includes bulldozers, excavators, loaders, cranes, and graders. Operators play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, and loaders

• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning

• Follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately

• Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly

• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times

• Load and unload materials and equipment safely

• Coordinate tasks with team members to maintain workflow efficiency

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures

• Physical stamina and strength to handle long hours and heavy lifting

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
