Construction/Facilities Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled Construction/Facilities Specialist to lead the development of a new industrial facility from a shell structure through full operational readiness as it is converted to a state-of-the-art facility. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of design, permitting, construction, and equipment installation, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.  This is a contract position with an expected duration of 1.5 years, with the possibility of hire after the project is completed.  Compensation is based on experience, with a minimum starting range of $95K.
