We are representing a respected regional engineering firm seeking multiple Civil Engineering professionals to support the design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects across North Dakota and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

(Varies by experience level)

• Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects from design through construction.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with local cities, counties, and public agencies.

• Identify and pursue new municipal opportunities aligned with company growth goals.

• Mentor and coach engineers in technical design, project management, and client service.

• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality for multiple concurrent projects.

• Collaborate with other technical and operational leaders to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Represent the firm at key client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

• Stay current on civil engineering trends, codes, and best practices in municipal design.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering 

• Experience with CAD, Revit

• Experience level varies by role (Technician through Lead Engineer)

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Leadership experience (for senior/lead-level candidates).
