Express Employment Professionals has teamed up with an established appliance company who's seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Naples.Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support in a busy office and retail environment. This position assists Store Managers and Sales Associates with a variety of operational tasks, including completing sales paperwork, maintaining accurate records, answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling deliveries, processing daily cash and bank deposits, managing supplies, and coordinating merchandise check-in and check-out.
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Perform general filing and recordkeeping duties.
Handle basic bookkeeping responsibilities, including daily cash deposits.
Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and computer systems.
Order and maintain inventory of office and store supplies.
Check merchandise in and out of the store, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Every other Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (One weekday off)
Holidays: Required to work all holidays except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Blackout Period: No vacation time may be taken from the second week of October through Easter.
