Your Role

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and present financial statements to executive leadership and board members

• Handle 1099 preparation, bill payments, and tax compliance

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing inquiries

• Identify and prevent fraud, solve financial issues, and assist with audit preparation

• Support the leadership team with strategic financial insights

Background Profile

• Solid accounting experience, including financial reporting and tax compliance

• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions is a plus

• Ability to learn new systems quickly

• Strong communication skills with team members, customers, and leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
