Bindery Operator

Located in Edgerton, WI

Salary: $17-20/hr

We are looking for Bindery Operators in Edgerton! In this job, you'll use specialized machinery to measure, trim, fold, and package printed products, ensuring quality and smooth operations. We are seeking candidates with and a strong mechanical aptitude. Experience in print production or mailing operations is strongly preferred. 

Pay: $17-20 Based on Experience 

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Review job specs, set up equipment, and inspect inserts for quality
• Understand job tickets and perform preventive maintenance
• Operate cutters, count samples, and use right-angle folders
• Set up trimming/perforating attachments and maintain records
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and departmental procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math/computer skills
