Shift: M-F 7am-5pm

Duties:

• Oversee trade show projects from start to finish — managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and team assignments to ensure smooth execution.

• Track budgets, approve purchases, and manage vendors to keep projects within scope and cost limits.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven project management experience with strong budgeting and cost-tracking skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications and manage multiple projects
