Executive Support
Manage and prioritize Dave’s calendar, schedule, and communication
Serve as the primary liaison between Dave, clients, and internal team
Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to maximize productivity
Oversee post-event follow-up: communications, invoicing, and next steps
Sales & Operations Support
Track leads, proposals, and follow-up with clients
Maintain a light CRM or tracking system
Prepare meeting briefs, summaries, and internal documentation
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Strong communication skills—clear, professional, proactive
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling tools, shared drives, and CRMs
