Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading full-service marketing agency located in Vero Beach to find an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of digital strategies to build connections with target audiences

• Plan and launch optimized online campaigns through programmatic and social media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DSP providers)

• Actively contribute to SEO efforts including keyword research and image optimization

• Collaborate with designers and other team members to improve user experience

• Monitor and measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools

• Stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing trends and tools to refine strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• Experience managing campaigns through Google Ads, SEO, and SEM

• Proficiency with web analytics tools and data-driven marketing

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
