About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Logistics Sales Representative to join a growing freight and transportation company. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, securing new business, and expanding existing accounts within the logistics and transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers in transportation, warehousing, and freight brokerage.

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.

• Manage client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contracts to maximize profitability.

• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to guarantee timely delivery and service excellence.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare tailored quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales activity reports.

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain sales.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with TMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
