About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Logistics Sales Representative to join a growing freight and transportation company. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, securing new business, and expanding existing accounts within the logistics and transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers in transportation, warehousing, and freight brokerage.
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
Manage client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction and long-term retention.
Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contracts to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to guarantee timely delivery and service excellence.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare tailored quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales activity reports.
Qualifications:
2–3+ years of experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with TMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary: $60,000 (DOE)
