Salary: Based on experience
Diagnose and repair issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulic systems.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair or replace components like generators, appliances, water heaters, and slide-outs.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and prepare new units for customers.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and test systems.
Communicate with customers about repairs and provide cost estimates.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Follow safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
Experience in RV repair, automotive, or similar mechanical fields.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in various weather conditions.
