We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk and Accounts Receivable clerk to work part-time. This is for a great Littleton company that looking to find someone who will fit in long term. Compensation is $23/hr. 

 

Responsibilities:

Processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

• GL code and record all AP AR invoices into Epicor and Tralida system
• Interact with vendors by email and phone as necessary  
• Email, scan, print and copy documents  
• Distribute invoices to managers for approval as necessary
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Match Purchase Orders to vendor invoices
• Review and process credit card bills; matching receipts to charges; GL code & summarize in Excel spreadsheet, and record into Accounting system
• Process the company’s twice weekly check run; take all discounts; get checks signed 
• Fold and mail vendor checks 
• Setup new vendors in Accounting system per W-9 form 
• File all AP invoices by vendor 
• Liaise with other departments, groups, and organizations

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or the equivalent
• College degree or some course work is preferred
• 3+ years of accounts payable accounts receivable experience preferred
• Accounting software experience
• Epicor experience is a big plus
• MS Office Suite – proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Work stability
