Roofer / Gutter Installer

As a Roofer / Gutter Installer, you’ll be on the front line of helping customers protect and restore their homes and businesses. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing and gutter systems while providing excellent workmanship and customer service. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofing, etc.)
• Install and service gutter systems, including downspouts and drainage components
• Perform roof and gutter inspections to identify damage, leaks, and problem areas
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Remove old roofing materials and perform tear-offs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company procedures
• Accurately document completed work and communicate with supervisors and customers

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and carry heavy materials
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Prior roofing or gutter installation experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting
• Prolonged work at elevated heights
• Exposure to outdoor conditions including heat, cold, wind, and sun
• Fast-paced, physically demanding work environment
