Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up CNC equipment with the appropriate attachments and tooling, operating and monitoring machines, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines with correct attachments, tooling, and materials for each job.

• Operate and monitor CNC machines during production runs.

• Troubleshoot machine and program issues to minimize downtime.

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.

• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to meet production goals and resolve technical issues.

• Maintain clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist or similar role.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine troubleshooting.

• Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
