Title & Type: Service Manager – Plumbing & HVAC, eval to hire
General Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $70,800–$72,800 annually + quarterly bonus/profit sharing
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. On call required to support technician team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train Plumbing & HVAC service technicians
• Support sales, marketing, and staff development
• Oversee workflow and team performance

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of service management experience
• Plumbing & HVAC knowledge
• Service Titan experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
