Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and Maintaining Inventory and Storage Area
  • Building & Equipment Maintenance - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Seasonally
  • Managing, Evaluating and Reporting on Warehouse Activities / Productivity
  • Measuring & Reporting the Effectiveness of Warehousing Acitivites and Employee Performance
  • Making Suggestions for Productivity Improvements
  • Management of Company Vans & Trucks including Cleanliness and Preparedness ( supplies, equipment, etc.)
  • Coordinating Activities with Other Departments including Scheduling, Plant Production, and Road Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Forklift Certification a plus

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $22.00 -$25.00 per hour
  • Schedule:
    • Full-time (Day or Evening Shifts)
    • 8–10 hour shifts
    • Monday–Friday, with some overtime or rotating weekends
