We assist homeowners during these traumatic times by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning their soft goods and electronics. Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated and dependable Field Helper to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support our field specialists with pickups and deliveries of textiles and personal items. This is more than a driving or delivery job—it’s an opportunity to bring compassion and professionalism to families when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with careful packing, transport, and delivery of textiles and personal items
  • Accurately document, track, and organize items throughout the process
  • Handle customer belongings with the utmost respect and care
  • Support inventory management and storage organization
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every interaction
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized company vehicle

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a production environment and meet daily goals.
  • Capability to stand for the entire workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our software.
  • Strong attention to detail, including color differentiation and odor detection.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Schedule:
    • Full-time (Day or Evening Shifts)
    • 8–10 hour shifts
    • Monday–Friday, with some overtime or rotating weekends
