Position: Custodian
Pay: $19/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00AM (8-hour shift)
Location: Newbury Park, CA 91320

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Custodian for a company located in Newbury Park. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and able to work independently without the need for constant supervision.

 

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain 5 buildings, including:

  • Spot cleaning and floor care

  • Dusting and window cleaning

  • Using a leaf blower for exterior areas

  • Completing other miscellaneous cleaning tasks as assigned

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
