Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle client inquiries, process policy changes, and provide excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing questions about policies, billing, and coverage, while maintaining accurate records and assisting with sales opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their insurance policies.
• Answer questions about coverage, billing, and general inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Policy Management:

• Process administrative tasks such as policy updates, address changes, and issuing new policies or proof of insurance.
• Maintain organized and accurate client files.

Problem Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve issues related to billing discrepancies, claims, and policy coverage concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quick and effective resolutions.

Sales and Client Retention:

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services.
• Provide personalized coverage recommendations to meet client needs.
• Assist with annual policy reviews and renewals to retain clients.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems and Microsoft Office experience preferred).
