Job Summary

A well-established insurance agency in Clark, NJ is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This individual will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and support while ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial lines accounts, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes

• Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and carriers to ensure timely policy delivery and issue resolution

• Review and analyze insurance programs for coverage adequacy and recommend appropriate solutions

• Process certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, binders, and other client documentation

• Assist producers with marketing and placement of new and renewal business

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system

• Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or customer service

• Active Property & Casualty license required

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines including general liability, workers’ compensation, property, and auto

• Experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar agency management systems preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Full-time, Monday through Friday during standard business hours
