Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Rotating after-hours dispatch coverage

We’re hiring a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations, customer communications, and technician dispatch for a busy service company in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to grow into a key leadership position.
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management
Answer and route calls and emails professionally and promptly
Schedule and dispatch service calls using Housecall Pro (training provided)
Maintain accurate job records, estimates, invoices, and payment tracking
Coordinate job scheduling and status updates with field technicians and customers
Track parts orders, materials, and job documentation
Assist with payroll processing, commission tracking, and reporting
Organize and maintain digital and physical records (permits, receipts, reports)
Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours dispatch coverage
Support ownership with administrative projects and process improvements
Experience in office management, dispatch, or customer service (preferred: plumbing, HVAC, or home services)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication abilities
Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software (Housecall Pro experience a plus)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and lead by example
High school diploma or equivalent (college or vocational coursework a plus)
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Rotating on-call dispatch coverage for after-hours support
